Upgraded to TRueNAS and Pool is Locked due to "Legacy Encryption"

Hello All,

I have a DIY freenas that was working fine for years.
Recently it upgraded to Truenas (Automatically) and the report section in Web GIU ran into problem.
After a while I upgraded it to the new version hoped Its going to resole it. but what I got was a LOCKED Pool.
It said : Legacy Encryption.
So I decided to install Freenas 11.2 U7 and recover the config and secret seed from the backups that I had.
I have several config backup and None of them are working. the save config successfully but the pool is still locked.
Please help me.

here is system info:
CPU : Core I3 - 4310
RAM: 8 GB
HDD 8x

it is quit small home NAS.
