Upgrade from FreeNAS-11.1-RC1

Hi All

When I installed my FreeNAS server about a month ago I used FreeNAS-11.1-RC1. I would now like to upgrade from 11.1-RC1 to 11.1 released last month so in the webGUI do I select "FreeNAS-11-STABLE":

and then apply the update/reboot?

Is this the correct approach to update from an RC install?
