Just updated TrueNAS, rebooted, and now i get

root@plex:/ # service plexmediaserver_plexpass start
Starting plexmediaserver_plexpass.
login class 'daemon' non-existent, using default
su: pam_start: System error
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/plexmediaserv

the Jail starts, the plex plugin starts, but I cannot start the service.

Make sure the plex user owns all the directories plex needs. I feel like this is permissions related. do a pkg upgrade and see if plex is up to date

I have encountered the same problem when I was tried to install plexdata-plexpass in a jail manually.

I followed this guide. The server throw an error when I trying to initial it from its web server.

However, if I stop at the following step of the guide

sysrc plexmediaserver_plexpass_enable=YES

and then run

service plexmediaserver_plexpass start

Everything ran fine. I linked my account, added a few libraries, media were detected and had been played fine. [except I have to use "Plex TV Series (BETA)" as the TV Show agent; otherwise, it cannot match any show at all. But is it another issue that better be discussed else where.]

The current version that has error is plexmediaserver-plexpass.1.23.2.4656 and the jail is 12.2-RELEASE.

However, once I completed the PMS_Updater.sh routine. It cannot show the server settings web page. Could anyone show me where do I file this error?
