Updated processor and board, can the saved config be used to restore FreeNAS?

I was suspecting issues with my main freeNAS server and changed the processor type and board. I installed a fresh copy of 9.3 stable and have the box booted up. I wondered if the saved configuration file used the processor type as a key part or should I go through and manually update the configuration parameters for the new setup? I noted what to change, but wanted to find out first. Thanks

To help clarify, the HBA, Disk Pool, SLOG, NIC, RAM, & backplane are all the same. The previous motherboard did not have an intel board controller / chipset.

You shouldn't have any problems. Just restore the configuration file.

The most common issue with swapping hardware comes into play if the NIC changes. Even then, it's just a matter of reconfiguring the NIC.
