Unable to one pool but able to open another with identical permissions

I have two pools in my nas, both are setup identical but im only able to access my newest on on any pc in the house, the other pool just gives me a You do not have permission to access error. I've looked through multiple forum threads and tried the windows settings they said to change but nothing helped. I'm not well knowledgeable in this but im at my wits end trying to figure this out.
