Cant connect to pool from SMB

So im really new with NAS and FREENAS. but a few months ago i set up a 10tb nas to keep photos and videos in for long term storage for clients. I had a lot of trouble to get the network drive mounted on my PC but i got it. But now all of a sudden i cant access it. I remade the users and groups gave them all the permission they need and i can log into the nas on my pc but then when i try to open the pool i get the windows error of not having permission im so confused so plz any help will be well help full

I had this issue, to fix it I did the following:

1. Make sure my SMB was set up correctly using this tutorial
2. This thread suggests the culprit is VPN, and this thread proposes a solution
3. Ultimately I never tried the suggested solution. My PC was having other issues so I just did a clean reinstall of Windows and that fixed it
