UFS with one volume is limited !

With FreeNas 8.3.0 with 1 hard disk therefore only 1 volume UFS, can I have environment both with pubblic folder and with private folder ?

public is for anyone, guest included
privae is for anyone belongs to specific group.

I read documentation, ZFS colud permit me to create but I have no requirements to apply it
