I have a quick query hopefully someone can shine a light on. As I have seen from many articles around here, I have loaded plexmediaserver-plexpass package on my NAS, and it's been running great. Where I am stumped is every other jail I have says it's release 12.2, but this jail says it's 12.1.
So I thought from the various posts, I just needed to do an upgrade of the jail, so logged in to take a peek. I noticed when I logged into the shell, it's reporting:
FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE-p2 663e6b09467(HEAD) TRUENAS
I thought OK, that is strange, it says it's current, but the plugin page, and jails page says it's behind. So I thought what the heck, let's run the upgrade routine, and maybe it will update, but on running 'iocage upgrade -r 12.2-RELEASE-p2 tnas720-plex' I get listings of packages and such it would update, but then:
Branch 12.2-RELEASE does not exist at https://github.com/freenas/iocage-plugin-plexmediaserver-plexpass.git!
Using "master" branch for plugin, this may not work with your RELEASE
Installing new pkgs...
Repo: iocage-plugins already exists, skipping!
Testing Host DNS response to pkg.FreeBSD.org
Testing tnas720-plex's SRV response to pkg.FreeBSD.org
Testing tnas720-plex's DNSSEC response to pkg.FreeBSD.org
Installing plugin packages:
- plexmediaserver-plexpass...
- ffmpeg...
Cloning git repository
Branch 12.2-RELEASE does not exist at https://github.com/freenas/iocage-plugin-plexmediaserver-plexpass.git!
Using "master" branch for plugin, this may not work with your RELEASE
tnas720-plex successfully upgraded!
Still even after all of this, and restarting the plex server, it still says it's release 12.1. Probably not a huge deal, as everything is running, but I am still left scratching my head as to why this one jail will not show it's updated to 12.2 so current with everything else in the system.
Any insight would be great...
