Truenas Scale RC2 empty ACME certificate with cloudfare

Hi All,
I am having a weird problem. I have followed the instructions to create the ACME certificate (using cloudfare ACME DNS authenticator) and everything works till the very end and a certificate gets created. However, when I download the certificate, the crt file is empty. When I use the certificate on the container, I am unable to access the URL because of invalid certificate. Not sure how to proceed further.
