I am trying to understand why some alerts cannot be removed from the pop out alerts screen after the issue has been solved. They grey out and show as re-open. When I look up in the documentation I get pointed at a whole bunch of screens I cannot find, so I am assuming the documentation reflects the core version and not the scale version?
As far as I can see the only alerts screen is accessed from the Bell on the front page. The settings for it are here and it gets no more detailed than the entry here. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong or missing something?
