TrueNAS Scale is not detecting my Drives

Hello,
I am new to TrueNas Scale Use a Server with A Raid controller, there I made Two Virtual Disks, one for the TrueNAS Scale OS (2x SSD Raid 1) and the other one for the storage (10x HHD Raid 6 with 30 TB free to use)

I Just installed TrueNAS Scale on the SSD Raid without any issues, but now I don't see my other Virtual Disk in the "Create Pool" in TrueNAS Scale.

I was checking already with lsblk if the System sees my other Disk, and it's showing the other disk without any Problems.

Does anyone know what ales could I try, so the Drive is showing up in Create Pool ? :)

Yes, you will need to remove the RAID controller and install an HBA instead.

What's all the noise about HBAs, and why can't I use a RAID controller?
