TrueNas not booting

Hi

TrueNas didnt booting,
FreeNas boots without problem

1. upgraded from FreeNas 11.3U5 to TrueNas 12.0U1 in the WebUI of FreeNas
-> Boot error

2. clean install TrueNas 12.0U1 with USB Stick and DVD
-> Boot error



3. clean install FreeNas 11.3.U5 with USB Stick and DVD
-> WORKS


Whats wrong ?

Interesting, the "ERROR: ." message isn't super helpful in this case...

Can you make us a ticket on jira.ixsystems.com and attach a debug file from the 11.3-U5 system? We'll need to see a diagnostic to see what kind of hardware setup, see if its something we can try to reproduce, etc.

Are you running from USB by any chance?

I cannot boot TrueNAS, USB, CD/DVD or Upgrade directly from FreeNAS
FreeNAS boots from 2 different USB Sticks and CD/DVD!
TrueNAS didnt boot from the same 2 USB Sticks or a freshly burned CD/DVD.
The same happens from Upgrade to TruNAS via WebUI from FreeNAS.
