TrueNAS boot time increase from 2min to 10min after NIC upgrade & Pool Creation

Hi,
my TrueNAS setup is in my signature. I noticed an extreme boot time increase after upgrading to a 10g nic mellanox card and creating my raidz2 pool.
During the boot (TrueNAS OS is already loading), there is a long waiting period after the console entry

"GEOM_ELI: Crypto: hardware"

. This line is posted during the import of my raidz2 pool. I tried to narrow down the problem, so i removed the mellanox card, but the problem was still there. I was careful, so i didn't remove my new raidz2 pool (yet).

Can someone help me? Thank you

It's probably your HBA pausing to query and spin up all the attached disks. Do you see the same behavior without your HBA?

only my RAIDZ1 pool (backup) is connected to the HBA, which is working normaly. My RAIDZ2 pool (data) is directly connected to the mainboard sata ports.
