TrueNAS as a File Server

I have a dedicated TrueNAS server that I want to use as my File Server in a Windows AD environment.

I did the install and initial setup and was also able to connect it to my Active Directory users and groups. I then created a pool and I can see it when I navigate to it from a Windows PC. The issue is that when I try to copy the files from the old Windows File Server to the TrueNAS file server NoOne can see the folders or files, just the root pool directory I created.

If I create a folder in the same area, I am the only one who sees the folder.

I can see the AD Users and groups, but it does cut off at a certain point so not sure if there is a different way I can see the list of users and groups.

Any help or pointing to the documentation would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly what these settings are supposed to look like for AD account integration, but this sounds to me like the behavior you might see if your ACL or other permission settings are not applied recursively. Whatever you are doing to set up access for AD accounts - make sure it is recursive.
