TrueNas 3rd party Support?

Newbie here so hopefully my question isn't too foolish. We have a Truenas-Z35 and our support contract has ran out.
Truenas wants us to replace the system and currently my company isn't too interested replacing it yet. However, I'm curious if there's 3rd party companies that offer some type of support on a basic level.

There are some of us who are IT consultants. I typically don't "sell against" iXsystems, but if they've turned down an opportunity and it is something I'd be comfortable supporting, then I might consider it. There are others like me floating around.
