TrueCommand Account Activation Link Invalid

I'm wondering if there's some way to attempt to sign up for TrueCommand "again", or how I go about asking iXsystems to delete my account.

I decided to try TrueCommand on one of my TrueNAS Core installations, went to the website, signed up, waited for the "Activate Your Account" link, clicked it, but it says the link is invalid.

If I try to sign up again, it says my email address is already in use, so I seem to be stuck in some sort of "I have an account, but not really" limbo here.

I have the same issue, I tried to activate back in June, I still have the link in my email but it still does not work. Did this ever get resolved?
