True nas is not visible on my computer (windows 8.1 but visible Windows10)

Hello I install the last True nas on old computer.
I have 3 pc, 1 with windows 10 home, 1 with windows 10 pro and 1 with windows 8.1.
My pc with windows 8.1 True nas is visible but error 0x80070035 if clic on.
The 2 PC with windows 10 no problem Everything works well. Please hemp me ?? Thanks
