Transmission Issues with permissions - again!

Grabbed latest Transmission and now it downloads properly but nothing can remove or copy the files where they should go due to Transmission permissions.

I already had user Transmission setup in FreeNas and all was working fine...but each new plugin for Transmission seems to mess up something that was working.

Ahem, can anyone kindly let me know how to tweak this so it's writing with permissions not totally closed?
