Transmission deleting downloads at the end.

One out of six downloads made it in testing. The rest disappear at 99% Not only from the Transmission interface, but the directory they were in. I've searched Google and both Freenas and Transmission forums for a cause. I also searched for log files, but can't find any or a reference to a path where they might be

Any pointers on where to look for info would be appreciated. I've lost about 30 gig today.

I gave up on transmission a while ago due to bugs and issues. qbittorrent is a good alternative.
