Build FreeNAS-9.10.2-U3 (e1497f269)
Platform Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU C2550 @ 2.40GHz
Memory 16327MB
IPv4 Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1

so everything was running fine until I had to get a new cable modem from my ISP and the new modem is also a wireless router, so I bridged my current router.
Port in transmission is set to 59595 and is open and tested-open

If everything was working fine before, why not disable the DHCP and router functionality of the ISP modem and reassign duties to your previous router that is now in bridged mode?

Is this not an option? ISP modems are notoriously bad at anything other than passing internet through.

I'll have to try that, I was thinking the ISP modem had to be the one with dhcp enabled

As now I am noticing transmission is not the only one being effected. My plex server won't connect when accessing its GUI, the GUI loads but then says it can't connect to the server

Well I guess I was just super frustrated, freenas had nothing to do with everything not working.
I next day shipped a new cable modem only and everything works as it should.
I wil be taking the crap provided my ISP back to them and telling them to keep their junk.

Just an FYI I guessing that the issue was that my freenas and all jails have static IP addresses. Everything that was assigned an IP by the modem/router worked fine, everything with a static IP couldn't connect to the internet.

So this is SOLVED. With a new modem
