Timer Interrupt and Hard Reset?

Hello! I have the same problem, its log from IPMI:
30 2015/11/18 10:46:00 Watchdog 2 #0xca Watchdog 2 Timer Interrupt - Asserted
31 2015/11/18 10:46:01 Watchdog 2 #0xca Watchdog 2 Hard Reset - Asserted

Supermicro 2027R-E1R24L 128GB RAM 2 x E5-2640 v2, lastest FreeNAS 9.3.
Watchdog disabled by jumper and bios setting is off also.
How to disable watchdog completely in FreeNAS, or configure it for NO ACTION when timer is interrupt?
