This root dataset is not encrypted itself, but has encrypted children.

Hi,

I am in the process of migrating from TrueNas Core to TrueNas Scale.

I use the replication task to replicate encrypted datasets (Legacy Encryption) from Core to new encrypted dataset on the new Scale server.

Everything seems to be working, but I have that weird icon that says "This root dataset is not encrypted itself, but has encrypted children." and I don't understand what I did wrong.

How do I fix that?

Thank you very much

Got a solution.

"Include dataset properties" nee to be unchecked, on the sending side in the replication task setup.
Than, the received Dataset on the remote side are not encrypted.
