Test 9.10.1 jail

Just install a fresh 9.10.1 and noticed some issues - see attached.

I think we still have some issues with jail configuration GUI as I can't check DHCP for IPv4.

Still no comments on that ticket. Did someone tested on a fresh install to confirm my finding?
