Tautulli don't work after update

HI,
I updated Tautulli on my TrueNAS (version TrueNAS-12.0-U8.1, 12.2-RELEASE-p15) but I can no longer access via web even though it seems to be running.
What can I do?

Something doesn't add up to me.
I had the installation in a jails.
I deleted the jails to try to re-install it.
I followed this guide from shell: https://github.com/Tautulli/Tautulli/wiki/Installation#freebsd--truenas
Now it obviously asks me for a new configuration, but it didn't create the Jails for me but installed it without it.
In fact it starts on the truenas IP with port 8181.
Instead, before I had put another IP from the Jails settings.
How do I do the same as before with Jails? I think it's better than putting it in the root.

I think I skipped the step of creating the jails.
Now how do I remove the tautulli installation I mistakenly did on the host?

I deleted the folder /usr/local/share/Tautulli and the one in /etc/rc.d/.
I think that should be enough.

The problem is that I can't install it in jails. The help command doesn't work for me:
pkg install python py39-setuptools py39-sqlite3 py39-openssl py39-pycryptodomex security/ca_root_nss git-lite

Can't find the package
