Task execution time option setting questions

I was setting options for running a task and I was little confuse/not sure about it. Hope someone can help me understand FreeNAS task setting.
Below are definitions from official doucments.

Minute: if use the slider, sync occurs every N minutes; if use minute selections, sync occurs at the highlighted minutes
Hour: if use the slider, sync occurs every N hours; if use hour selections, sync occurs at the highlighted hours
Day of month: if use the slider, sync occurs every N days; if use day selections, sync occurs on the highlighted days
Month: task occurs on the selected months
Day of week: task occurs on the selected days of the week

My questions,
1. Let's say I'd like to run a task every 7 days no matter it is weekdays or weekend.
Do I have to check/enable all items under month and day of week field?

2. Do I have to assign specific time(hour and minute) if I wanna run task every 7 days?
Can system run it on a random time?
(Although I think it should not be possible, still wanna confirm with experts)

3. If the task is running every 7 days, what will happen if machine is power down?
Does it just skip it and still run next task on the target date?

My bad, so many questions, thanks a lot in advance.

Let me put it this way: Tasks are run if:

• They're supposed to run at this time
• AND they're supposed to run this day of the week
• AND they're supposed to run this day of the month
• AND it's been more than threshold days since it last ran
