Hi,
I'm new with freeNAS so I would need a little help.
As I wrote in the title the system crashes and restarts after I start a smaller or bigger upload. It seems that it doesn't depends on the size of the file, also not on the count. After a few minutes of uploading to the server the whole system is gone.
I only installed a plex server as a plugin and that's it for the moment.
I read a lot about RAM and the swap memory. It it possible that I've to put more RAM into the machine?
I enabled "autotune" but it didn't helped. After that I enabled "Debug Kernel".
Here are the system specifications:
OS Version:
FreeNAS-11.2-U5
(Build Date: Jun 24, 2019 18:41)
Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 cores)
Memory:
8 GiB
HostName:
freenas.local
Uptime:
10:12PM up 27 mins, 0 users
What's the next step to analyze what's going on with the system? How can I get more informations about the issue?
