I have the following server.
2xE5504 CPUs
48GB DDR3 ECC RAM
4x512GB Samsung 840 Pro setup in 2x2Mirrors
Intel x520 10Gig nic w LACP

The VmWare host also has an x520 10Gig nic but with no LACP
I max out on atto at 200MB/Sec Write. 400MB/Sec Read

Im connecting with iSCSI.

Your #s sound reasonable, I will say that NFS will generally give you better performance then iSCSI, but you will need to tweak a few things. I wouldn't bother with LACP you have plenty of head room yet with a single 10GB link.

I'm guessing based on the spec you are planning to store some serious data on this beast, I'm not sure how much I'd trust your SSD drives to hold important data. Most folks stick to spinning rust and use the SSDs for L2ARC to speed up reads and then some sort of SLOG device for your ZIL if you need big time write performance.
