Suddenly none of my jails are accessible

With TrueNas 12 I have started to have this problem. Was watching something on Plex yesterday and suddenly the movie froze and a network error popped up on the screen. I tried to browse the Plex Server but it was not responding. I tried browsing other jails but it gave the same result.
I have no issue accessing the host. From the host I could stille see that all jails are ‘UP’ and a ‘Display System Processes’ show that everything is running.
A reboot fixed everything.
This is not the first time I have had this issue. It happens randomly. With 11.3 I did never experience this.
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong or what I could look for next time this happens?

When it freezes are you able to access your files/media by other means (e.g. SMB)? Have you checked the health of your drive(s) via a SMART test?

I will check that next time it happens by entering the jail with 'iocage console .....' - thanks, have not thought that.
Will also try to do a 'ping' from inside the jail.

For now all drives look healty. Think it will start a scrub with in a day or 2.
