Stuck on ValidateUpdate, BETA to BETA2

Hi,

I couldn't find any thread regarding this so here it goes.

I'm trying to update to BETA2 of TrueNAS 12, but I keep getting stuck on this error message after initiating the installation through the web site UI.

Code:
Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied: './ValidateUpdate'


Should I try to manually change the permissions for this file, if I can locate it in the file system? Or is this a common issue?

Please let me know if I can/should provide more information.
