stripe or mirror

Hey guys so basically i have a 2.4 running with 2GB of ram. I have installed 6 1 TB harddrives and had to use UFS as the format as I only have 3GB of ram.

Question is this..

When i added the volume i added just one and selected stripe vs mirror. Can someone pleas tell me if that is OK. I am so use to the older freenas. Also does it format and mount the drives automatically? And did it create the raid5?
When i check disk info it says i only have 5 TB so I am assuming it did???
Of should I get more ram and format zfs...
any input would be greatly appreciated.

sacchand, did you resolve this? I'm in the same situation and I can't any info about what level of RAID freenas uses with an UFS array.

ah yes. That's about where I am too. I'm currently looking at NAS3Free.
