SSH problem

Hello
I am definetely new in FreeNAS
I am using FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201504100216 edition on my server

I enabled SSH server in services section in WWW GUI of the FreeNAS.
I have a line called as sshd_enable=yes in FreeBSD's rc.conf file. When I check the sshd's status in WWW shell it's working.
I also tried to reboot the server

But I could not connect to the FreeNAS using SSH client.

How could I fix that problem?

Paste the exact error you get when you try to connect. Also, did you create a user to ssh in as?

I got connection refused problem
I did not get any login prompt

I think it's firewall related problem, I have to talk with sec team, my colleague gets a ssh prompt for freenas
