Hey,
When I have speedstep on, the cpu usage in the dashboard continuously spikes between 0%-18% or there approx.
When I turn speedstep off in bios, the cpu in the dashboard jumps between 0%-3% approx and seems less often.
I'm currently running with it turned off.
Is this normal?
