SMB systematically giving Everyone read access to new files

Hello,

I'm trying to set up SMB shares directly on TrueNAS Core (13-U2). Generally, permissions are granted according to my settings.

But when I create a new file in Windows 10 (right-click, new - Text File) the file is always created with everyone/read permissions. New Folders don't have that issue, but the files do.

Also, when I right-click the file and go in Security, I get an error that says "the permissions on new text document are incorrectly ordered, which may cause some entries to be ineffective". If I remove the everyone permission, that error does not appear anymore.

This SMB share and it's content were all created from scratch, to test out the permission ACL. My Share ACL and filesystem ACL are only giving my own user FULL access, there isn't any other ACL entry, let alone any with Everyone permission.

In short - where is that Everyone-Read permission coming from? And how can I remove it, so I can explicitly decide who gets read permissions?
