Hello FreeNAS community! In this horribile times (pandemia) I realized (after one year) that I have issues with SMB shares on my FreeNAS box. (other protocols works fine such as transfers via OwnCloud or Resilio) The HW configuration of it is below. The problem is with very slow transfer during read or write (~1MB) from my Windows 10 machine. I can speed it up very nicely restarting SMB service on FreeNAS but it works shortly (the transfer goes to ~110MB)

Any idea how to fix it? The configuration of SMB service is default one.. I tried some additional parameters like aio write; aio read; buffers; but it didn't fix the problem.
The BOX:
MB ASROCK RACK C2750D4I
RAM 16GB DDR3 ECC
Hard drives 4x2TB SAS 7200RPM RAIDZ2
Hard disk controllers: DELL PREC H310 PASSTRHU
Network cards 2x1GB INTEL I210
Thanks for help!
