SMB not working

I have installed truenas in an old PC with 16gb Ram, i-5 Intel on 1tb SSD.
I have 2 8tb mirrored TrueNas drive as I want to backup photos and videos.
Version:
TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0

I have created SMB for accessing in windows , But I am getting network error. I tried logging in MAC as well, but could login its says name incorrect . I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

file and print sharing resource (87.101.62.87) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.

user test
password test
smb share name test
\\87.101.62.87\test

Any help is appreciated.

Why this really weird IP? You should use the IP of TrueNAS itself (you use to access the web gui)

87.101.62.87 is a public IP. It is better not to expose Web GUI and samba on internet.
If you are on the same LAN use the private IP to access Web GUI and samba and close the access from internet to TrueNAS.
