SMB Fileshare Read access issue, while Modify is working ok

Summary: I am facing the non standard issue I could not find the solution for. While others can not modify the shares they have created I can modify it, but can not read it. Maybe dear members could give a clue what I should dig into?

Details:

I have got the following TrueNAS server up and Windows Domain connected.

System information
Platform: Generic
Version: TrueNAS-13.0-U1

1. As an example I have created the Test-share dataset

2. Next I am trying to create the SMB share based on the dataset and divide the persons who only can read the data and who can modify it based on the Active Directory groups. Here is the ACL I have configured

3. The result:

Members of the acl-fileshare-test-share-write-access group can easilly access the share and modify it

Members of the acl-fileshare-test-share-read-access can not reach the folder facing the issue:

And this issue is present for all my datasets in pool, - SMB modify access is working great, SMB \read access is not working at all. Am I doing something wrong?

upd: The issue seems to be fixed after upgrade to TrueNAS-13.0-U4 version
