SMB access rights are not applied to users and groups (not AD) until TrueNAS is rebooted

Good afternoon. I'm facing a problem. Version: TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3.
For example:
There is a dataset with the name "Documents" for it ACL rights are set - Group
Who - Group
Group - managers
ACL type - Allow
Premissions type - Basic
Premissions type - Read
Flags Type - Basic
Flags - Itherit
Based on this, users in the "managers" group can read directories in this dataset, in my case over SMB.
I create a new user (not AD), give it a username and password, and when creating it I specify that it belongs to the "managers" group.
From the user's computer I try to access //truenas/Documents using the created login and password. Access is denied.
This will be the case until I reboot truenas.
The same thing happens if I give ACL permissions to a specific user instead of a group. The permissions will NOT work until the reboot.
Restart the SMB service does not help.

Can you help me, what am I doing wrong or what I have configured wrong?
