Slow Write Speeds

Hello. I'm having the following issue since Cobia. The write speed dips as low as 15-20 Mbps on a Gigabit connection. It starts at 110-115 and after the cache is nearly full it slows down significantly. While I do understand this is normal I don't think this should be this low especially if the media I'm writing on is a 2Tb NVme SSD. Initially I blamed the pool being over 80 % full even though and after deleting files, reinstalling TrueNas and starting from scratch I get the same results. When the speed dips media playback from jellyfin freezes as well or it stutters. I checked the SMART values on the SSD and nothing bad came up.

Software: TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.1
System: HP mp9 g4
CPU: i5 8500t
Ram: 16Gb DDR4
Storage: 1 x 128GB Kingston Sata M.2 SSD connected via and adapter
1 x 2Tb Crucial P3 NVme SSD

My thought/guess - could be wrong - not enough RAM. What else are you running in addition to jellyfin?

Thanks for replying. I'm running a Home assistant VM, Homarr, Jellyfin, Qbittorrent. This setup never changed and I didn't have any issues prior to updating to Cobia. I even had the pool to over 85% and it would still work as it should. Any other ideas?
