Is it possible to use Truenas as a gateway for a PC connected to a second NIC? I'm trying to access internet from my workstation.

Yes, but I wouldn't say exactly as you drew it... you would rather provide an additional port on the same LAN, so still in the 192.168.0.0/24 network.

I have a new server setup with twin onboard 10Gbe RJ45 connections. I have a host machine that serves data via a single 10GB rj45 and also have a plex jail on the TrueNAS server. My question is, can i somehow connect the host machine directly to the new TrueNAS box via Cat 7 and use the other...
