I keep getting processing failed for media/downloads/blabla. i'm pretty sure it's because i need to set my permission properly, but i'm struggling at it. I tried to chmod -R 777 /media/downloads on both transmission and sickrage, with no success so far. I can move and delete downloaded files from windows but apparently sickrage dowesen't have proper rights. To set everything up i followed this guide: https://forums.freenas.org/index.ph...ssion-and-couchpotato-as-a-dlna-server.17165/

Thank you in advance!

chmod'ing the files once wont affect file yet to be downloaded, which is what sickrage would be processing. Either you..
  1. change the permission level of the files being downloaded to 777
    • this is available in the freenas webui, left panel, Plugins > transmission
  2. Or run transmission and sickrage as the same user
  3. or have them in the same group (in whichever jail context it matters) and have the files group writeable 775
