Shrinking a zvol

I have 2 zvols on an ssd running VMs on my server, I allocate a lot more storage than is needed on one of them is there a way that I can shrink one of the zvols from 80GiB to 40 or so, so I can set up another VM?
Thanks in advance.

Just a side note is there any guide for creating a mac VM on FreeNAS/TrueNAS
