Should I be updating?

I've got a new FreeNAS system installed at work. It was my idea and I set it up, so it's my responsibility.

I'm getting emails now, saying there's an update available for the 9.3 Stable train. I looked over the changelog, and nothing there seems to affect me, and within the workplace, I'm firmly of the belief that "if it works, don't touch it".

Am I hideously wrong here? Should I be mashing the update button whenever I get an email like this at all?

I update once a month, or so;sometimes longer. On @cyberjock 's recommendation, just like i do minimum reboots/shutdowns.

There are some issues with the new update that are still being worked out. I would suggest avoiding it till there are subsequent updates at least.
