Share size is larger than files on share

First, let me start by saying that the files are transferred to the system through a Rsync process. Now the issue is that the Share itself is registering 9.36TB in used space and the Files inside the share only add up to 5.38TB where is the rest of my space going on my volume. Where are the imaginary files that are taking up room and how do I get it fixed, Any ideas?

Nope don't have any snapshots setup

Then it's probably just some misreporting, but it's hard to be specific without seeing any output from FreeNAS.

I thought the same except inside the freenas GUI it shows higher used space then the files add up to as well. I am loosing a few TBs on this system.
