I am new to using FreeNAS/TrueNAS Core and I would really like to be able to upload, download, and edit files remotely (not on a local network). So far I am able to upload files to my NAS via Windows SMB and Nextcloud on my local network and I have no issues with that. I am trying to do this little project of mine as cheaply as possible, so I have found Cloudflare and Nextcloud to seem useful for making a remotely accessible "cloud server".

I currently am running an 8-9yr old PC that has 8gb ddr3 ram, intel i3 2200k, 1x 256GB SSD boot drive, 1x 2 TB HDD & 1x 4 TB HDD, even though these are pretty old specs, everything runs fine. I currently have a domain from GoDaddy that I got just for this, and so far I have the domain connected to Cloudflare with pretty much nothing on it, no DNS' or well, anything lol. If anybody could provide a useful video or document or some steps to set up a remotely accessible storage server would be great.
