Server hangs on boot

hello together,
i try to install the new version 8.0.4 (both x86 and x64) on an dell R200 Server. Ther server has 8GB RAM and i start from usb-stick.
These configuration was ok with the version 0.7.

Now, after the installation (without any error) the server don´t start. the promt F1 is the last what he does.

Is there anybody who can give me an hint, where i can search to resolv my problem? I have try many installations, download many iso´s and get always the same error.

i have fix my problem. The Server configure the stick to what ever (USB-CD, USB-Floppy, ...?), but i can tell him, to use it as an USB-HDD. These konfiguration i have made in the BIOS settings. After this, it starts from the Stick.
I am wondering, because in version 0.7 the default settings (an the same stick) where ok. I don´t know why, but thats it.

when i boot the server first time boot not completed and give a message em0: using an MSI Interupt and when i disable network card it is boot comple



but i want to complete the installation .
any idea
