Anyone have any experience of warranty claims with Seasonic?
My UPS beeping woke me last night, and when I went to investigate the power circuit had tripped. I reset it and restarted my main server which had powered down (good to know it's working as it should) and everything came back online, but my backup server wouldn't power on.
I've checked things out this morning and there's just no power, having tried a number of cables and sockets. It's a Seasonic P660 660W 80+ Platinum PSU bought in September 2016. When I checked the website, these have a 7-year warranty, so I wondered what Seasonic are like to deal with.
I've dropped them an e-mail with the details and ordered a replacement as I guess it might take a little while to sort.
