@cyberjock Do you know how much amp requires to start to spin hard drive? I can't find this specs in WD Red.

I read a generic 120W PICO PSU review here. The pico PSU does not significantly beat Seasonic G360 at 20W, 40W load in efficiency.

I don't know. I believe the conservative estimate is either 20w or 30w on the 12v rail per disk.

Most 5400RPM drives are rated at just under 2A for 12V (some with a little bit on 5V, some with nothing), so allowing +-10% tolerance and adding a bit for possible minor rail usage gives 30W, total - the distribution across rails should be irrelevant, since any PSU worthy of powering a server should be using a DC-DC topology (and thus have 100% power available on 12V).
