If no errors, you can do whatever you want, for example redo your shared folders

There are some actions people take before placing a system back in service:

• backups
• verification that the backups contain the same data as the storage system
  
• a reboot, to verify that everything is still OK after a reboot
• clear labelling of components (in your case disks), so any future replacements are hassle free
