Newly installed TrueNAS Scale 22.12.2-1 cannot see the 4TB SSD on my dl360G7.
However I can see it in the shell as sdb with 3.6TB.
Any idea why this may happens?

Does the SSD have an existing partition table?

Use something like this to see;
fdisk -l /dev/sdb

Well - the SSD was completely new so no any partition was done.
However its a bit strange that system does not see the hardware and give option to format the SSD.
TrueNAS Core have no such issue...
My second and third time I had approached with already prepared disk and had the same issue.
P.S: As well there's some other issues like never finished deployment of some containers.

here's what same command shows:
fdisk -l /dev/sda
Disk /dev/sda: 1.75 TiB, 1920326787072 bytes, 3750638256 sectors
Disk model: LOGICAL VOLUME
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: gpt
Disk identifier: E0CE97DE-E23C-11ED-B382-D8D385BAFEEC

Device Start End Sectors Size Type
/dev/sda1 128 4194431 4194304 2G FreeBSD swap
/dev/sda2 4194432 3750638215 3746443784 1.7T FreeBSD ZFS

By the way - I have changed the 4TB SSD with two 1TB Samsungs.

This "LOGICAL VOLUME" indicates that you are using some kind of virtualization. That adds more trouble shooting that I can not help with.

Are you using TrueNAS SCALE virtualized?

Next, how are your extra storage devices wired to the system board?
NVMe or SATA?

I'm using RAID0 onboard controller p410 as cannot be set in HBA mode.
However v13.0 worked well with this.
The issue come when I moved to Scale 22.12.1 and later.
By the way Core 13.0-U3 & U4 also have some issues with network card (emulex and disks under RAID).

This is not expected to work well in any version of TrueNAS:

This is unacceptable and you need to replace the P410 with an LSI HBA.

It didn't work well with 13.0. You just got lucky and didn't get screwed. The P410 is bad news. It is likely to corrupt your pool in the long run, as has happened to other users.

As for the Emulex, why would you use a card that is specifically called out as problematic in the 10 Gig Networking Primer?
