SABnzbd update?

Is there a way to update the SABnzbd plugin manually?

Or... When can we expect the plugin to be updated here for FreeNAS?

I wanted to update three FreeNAS plugin and freebsd port last week but I noticed sabnzbd v1.1.1 was never released on sourceforge where the Makefile pulls the source from.

if you want to help you can ask the sabnzbd dev on his forum/github why v1.1.1 isn't available on sourceforge. if github is now the official spot I can update the freebsd port

All I see on their website is a github reference for the source. Maybe they aren't using sourceforge anymore? No worries.

agreed, that would make things alot easier.

sorry this updae has been delayed; sabnzbd moved where their files are hosted and I have been too busy to update the port/plugin.

update had a few hiccups here as sabnzbd didn't start after the update so I tried manually:

root@sabnzbd_1:/ # service sabnzbd start
Cannot 'start' sabnzbd. Set sabnzbd_enable to YES in /etc/rc.conf or use 'onestart' instead of 'start'.

did that and could start it.
All good.

I see that the plugin shows 1.1.1 but the port tree is still showing version 1.1.0_1. Still issues with the hosting?

Updated and appears to be working after restarting plugin. Oddly there is no longer a version though. It does not list it as 1.1.1, instead it just says develop [unknown].

Nice catch, I think I had some caching issue when building the plugin. It should continue to work, but I'll see if I can rebuild it with the actual version 1.1.1

Please check the bug report (which oddly enough doesn't seem to be available right now), it is out of my control as I am waiting for someone with commit privileges to review it.
